When I read something like this, it really gives lukewarmness a bad name. I don't usually think of God as Jealous, but that He is. I guess like a husband seeing his wife with someone else is humanly jealous, God's Jealously for is is noble and pure because all of his human creation belongs to Him, and His children should be His devoted followers.
This is kind of a hard concept for me, but it is the Bible.
