ASK ( I think it is Matt 7:7 ) Asking, Seeking, Knocking. I don't think passive prayer is what Jesus had in mind, but sometimes that is all I can do with some situations.
Lovely writing again and thought provoking.

@ANVRSADDAY - No, not passive prayer! Not at all! I was once again my lack of prayer and considering that passage from Hebrews 5 which described how our Lord prayed:
Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared...
Nothing lukewarm about that type of prayer. Our continuing prayers should be: "Lord, teach us to pray. Grant us a spirit of grace and supplications."
