  • I guess this is the 'P' in TULIP. It is nice to know God's decision was made in the eons past and nothing is going to change His mind about the ones He chose. It does take perseverance.

Have a nice Lord's day, Karen

  • Ahhhhh, I love that song! We actually just played that song on Friday at our worship night (by we, I mean the worship team I'm on). It's hard to play and sing without getting emotional about it. Every time I sing it, I'm just overwhelmed by how amazing the God we serve is.

  • @ANVRSADDAY - Yes, it's the "P" in TULIP.

It is nice to know God's decision was made in the eons past and nothing is going to change His mind about the ones He chose. Amen. That's why we can have assurance and hope and no doubt whatsoever.

  • @Masked_Melody - Yes, God IS so amazing, isn't He?

(What do you do on worship team: sing or play, or both?)

  • @naphtali_deer -

I play synthesizer and sing. It's grand fun... I'm still learning all the quirks and tricks of the synth though, so I'm not too fabulous at it. lol

  • @Masked_Melody -  It's wonderful to worship God in song. I can play a little piano (very little). I like to sing but am not really good at it unless I know the song or have someone nearby to help me carry the tune.

About me...

Christian hedonist in training. Pressing on to know more and more of the joy of the LORD. Pleading with God to rend the heavens and revive and refresh my own soul, as well as His Church, to His praise, honor and glory.

Thank God. He can make men and women in middle life sing again with a joy that has been chastened by a memory of their past failures. ~ Alan Redpath
